Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a B2B Furniture and Joinery Sales Representative. The Sales Representative will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and offering suitable furniture solutions. They will handle product inquiries, process orders, and provide exceptional customer service. Daily tasks include identifying new business opportunities, conducting market research, and meeting sales targets.
Qualifications
- Product Knowledge and understanding of the furniture and joinery market
- Retail Sales and ability to meet sales targets
- Communication and exceptional interpersonal skills
- Customer Service to provide outstanding client support
- Sales skills and the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus
- Previous experience in the furniture industry is a plus
