Overview:

We are seeking an experienced
Risk Manager
to join our team and lead the development, implementation, and oversight of our risk management framework. The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying, assessing, and mitigating potential risks to ensure compliance, operational efficiency, and organizational resilience.

Key Responsibilities:


• Develop, maintain, and enhance the company's risk management framework, policies, and procedures


• Identify, assess, and monitor operational, financial, and strategic risks


• Conduct regular risk assessments and prepare comprehensive risk reports for management


• Ensure compliance with
Saudi Central Bank (SAMA)
regulations and guidelines.


• Collaborate with internal departments to implement effective risk controls and mitigation strategies


• Support internal and external audits related to risk management activities


• Provide recommendations to senior management to improve risk exposure and overall governance

Qualifications:


•
Saudi
nationality


• Bachelor's degree in a related field


• 3 to 5+ years of experience in risk management


• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written


• Strong understanding of
Saudi Central Bank (SAMA)
rules, regulations, and procedures


• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
