Role Description:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced
Corporate Sales Manager
to join our office in Riyadh. Reporting directly to the
Head of Business Development
, you will play a key role in supervising the corporate sales team, ensuring smooth execution of all travel services for corporate clients. .

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute lead generation strategies to build a strong pipeline of corporate and B2B travel clients.
  • Identify and target decision-makers in key industries such as Pharma, Construction, Consulting, and Energy.
  • Manage outbound campaigns via email, LinkedIn, calls, and networking events to secure qualified leads.
  • Use CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot/Salesforce) to track prospects, conversions, and performance analytics.
  • Research and segment the ideal customer profile (ICP) based on industry, travel spend, and location.
  • Monitor and respond to tenders and vendor registration opportunities for corporate travel services.
  • Collaborate with marketing to create campaigns, proposals, and promotional offers that attract leads.
  • Convert marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) into sales-qualified opportunities (SQOs) through effective follow-up and discovery calls.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to handover qualified leads for closure and revenue generation.
  • Maintain weekly and monthly reports showing outreach volume, meeting ratios, and lead quality metrics.
  • Attend industry exhibitions and networking events to generate new business connections.
  • Optimize lead-generation processes through data enrichment, segmentation, and A/B testing of campaigns.
  • Build partnerships with airlines, hotels, and tourism boards to access new lead sources.
  • Analyze performance and continuously refine targeting, messaging, and conversion strategies.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum 4–6 years' experience in Corporate travel sales or MICE business.
  • Strong client network within travel trade or corporate markets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
