The specialist must deliver outstanding team assistance and offer comprehensive cross-functional support.Position:The Legal Specialist will be responsible for: Licensing & Governmental Procedural Tasks: Actively lead, supervise, and manage entire operational licensing. Governmental procedures assignments (e.g. notary public, ministries, authentication affairs). Database & Archiving Tasks: Serves as project lead for CLM and data privacy policy. Filing, archiving, and creating database tasks.Corporate Governance Tasks: Serves as Legal lead in relation to corporate governance tasks for JTI KSA including BoDs, OGMs, EGMs and related governmental and non-governmental certification procedures.Business Contracts Tasks: Drafting, negotiation, and review of business contracts for JTI KSA including services, supply, rent, marketing as applicable. Litigation & External Counsel Management Tasks: Support & advise P&C on employment issues, employment contracts, claims, disputes and template procedures. Assist on internal investigation processes. Requirements:A Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree or an equivalent legal qualification from an accredited university2-3 years of relevant experience in multinational organizations or international law firmsNative Arabic speaker with proficient English skillsStrong organizational skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesHigh level of attention to detail and accuracyProficient in MS Office applications and SAPProactive approach to problem-solving and process improvementWhat to Expect: Expect wellbeing initiatives, flexible work arrangements, growth opportunities, and excellent benefits, including a unique family leave policy.
