Job Summary:

The Warehouse In charge will assist in managing daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, dispatching, and inventory control. The role requires basic warehouse knowledge, good organizational skills, and the ability to work with the logistics team to ensure smooth and accurate warehouse activities. Suitable for candidates with 1 year of experience who are ready to take a responsibility-driven role.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Warehouse Operations

Assist in daily warehouse activities such as receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods.

Ensure proper handling and organization of products.

Maintain cleanliness and safety in the warehouse.

  1. Inventory Control

Help in tracking stock levels and reporting shortages or damages.

Support regular cycle counts and stock audits.

Update stock movements in the system accurately.

  1. Documentation & Reporting

Prepare basic documentation for inbound and outbound shipments.

Maintain accurate records in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).

Share daily or weekly reports with the supervisor.

  1. Coordination

Coordinate with logistics, procurement, transport, and sales teams for smooth operations.

Communicate any delays or issues to the supervisor promptly.

  1. Safety & Compliance

Follow company SOPs, safety rules, and warehouse guidelines.

Report any unsafe practices or equipment issues.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse/logistics operations.

Basic knowledge of warehouse procedures and inventory handling.

Familiar with barcode scanning, stock entry, or WMS (training can be provided).

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet operational deadlines.

Physically fit to handle warehouse tasks.
