Position SummaryWe seek an experienced and dynamic Retail Manager to overseeour store operations, with a strong emphasis on Personal Protective Equipment(PPE), industrial tools, or auto service centers. The ideal candidate will havea proven track record in managing retail environments, a deep understanding ofthe industry, and the ability to drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities· Store Operations: Manageday -to -day store operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in allprocesses.· Sales Management: Developand implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.· Customer Service: Ensurehigh levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and problemresolution.· Team Leadership: Recruit,train, and supervise staff, fostering a positive work environment and promotingteamwork.· Inventory Control: Overseeinventory management, including ordering, stocking, and tracking supplies.· Marketing and Promotions:Plan and execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities to attract andretain customers.· Customer ServiceExcellence: Lead the team in delivering exceptional customer service. Handleescalated customer concerns, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.· Financial Management:Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, and prepare financial reports.· Compliance: Ensurecompliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
