Description

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Promote consistency in document formatting, labelling, and version control, including the maintenance and distribution of documents.
  • Manage and maintain the Document Management System (DMS), ensuring accuracy, security, and compliance across all documentation.
  • Safeguard the integrity of key documents by overseeing proper revision control, placement, and accessibility.
  • Identify opportunities for improving documentation practices and propose enhancements.
  • Communicate with and expedite missing or documentation requiring correction with internal department and vendors
  • Collect and file manufacturing records required to complete manufacturing data book
  • Receive all incoming documents and certificates required to complete data book.
  • Issue Certificate of Conformance (COC) and/or realignment letters as required
  • Creation and release of manufacturing record books
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
  • Comply with all ARM company and HSE policies.

Education/Qualifications:

  • Minimum educational requirement: High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience Required: 

  • 3+ years' experience in a similar field in oil & gas or in industrial field.
  • Basic understanding of code requirements for product manufactured to ensure work has been completed correctly
  • Basic understanding of manufacturing processes, such as machining, welding, NDE, dimensional inspection, coating, and testing
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to plan and perform work in efficient manner
  • Demonstrated experience in document control or a similar administrative or project coordination role.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage high volumes of documentation while adapting to shifting priorities.
  • Confident in engaging with team members to request, review, and improve documentation.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
