Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage complex engineering projects with a focus on quality, cost, and timely delivery
  • Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Coordinate effectively with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to drive project success
  • Identify potential project risks and develop strategies for mitigation
  • Prepare and deliver progress reports, proposals, and presentations to stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
  • Mentor and develop junior project management staff

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
  • At least 15 years of experience in project management within the civil engineering sector
  • Demonstrated success in leading projects from inception to completion
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities
  • PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred
  • Fluency in Arabic is an asset
