I. About the Role

We are hiring experienced SAP Treasury and Risk Management (TRM) Consultants to lead and deliver end-to-end SAP Treasury and Cash Management projects, with a specific focus on the SAP FSCM module.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on implementation experience, strong functional knowledge, and excellent Arabic communication skills to collaborate with clients and stakeholders across the GCC region.

II. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end SAP Treasury and Cash Management implementations, with specific expertise in the SAP FSCM module.
  • Collaborate with client stakeholders to understand business needs, identify pain points, and design effective SAP solutions.
  • Define and document business processes, system requirements, and functional specifications.
  • Configure, customize, and integrate the SAP FSCM module based on client requirements and industry best practices.
  • Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer activities for client users.
  • Develop and execute testing strategies (unit, integration, and UAT) to ensure solution quality and stability.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Finance, IT, and Business Process Owners) for seamless system integration.

III. Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of SAP Treasury and Cash Management implementation experience, focusing on SAP FSCM.
  • Proven success in full lifecycle SAP projects — from requirements gathering to go-live and support.
  • Strong understanding of treasury management, cash flow forecasting, risk management, and financial instruments.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Fluency in Arabic (mandatory) and English (preferred).
  • Ability to work in a multicultural, fast-paced environment.
