Role Description

This on-site role based in Dammam involves overseeing and managing construction activities as a Construction Foreman. Responsibilities include supervising daily operations, ensuring project progress aligns with safety and quality standards, coordinating staff and equipment, and maintaining open communication with team members. The Foreman will ensure optimal use of resources while addressing challenges and implementing solutions to meet project goals efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Carpentry skills with a hands-on approach to troubleshooting and construction techniques
  • Experience in Quality Control and maintaining adherence to safety and compliance standards
  • Knowledge of Heavy Equipment operations and basic troubleshooting
  • Strong Communication skills for team leadership and collaboration
  • Civil Engineering knowledge or experience, with an understanding of project planning and execution
  • Effective organizational skills and the ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
  • Experience in scaffolding or large-scale construction projects is a plus
