Position: Public Relations Manager

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Public Relations Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective PR strategies to enhance the company's reputation and promote our services to the public. The Public Relations Manager will work closely with senior management to ensure our messaging is aligned with our company's goals and values.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategic PR plans to promote the company's services and enhance its reputation

- Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, influencers, and other stakeholders to secure positive coverage and partnerships

- Write and distribute press releases, articles, and other PR materials to targeted media outlets

- Plan and execute media events, press conferences, and other PR activities

- Monitor and analyze media coverage and report on PR campaign success

- Collaborate with marketing and social media teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels

- Manage crisis communications and handle any negative publicity effectively

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and news to identify PR opportunities

- Manage the PR budget and ensure cost-effective strategies are implemented

- Train and supervise a team of PR professionals, including PR coordinators and assistants

- Represent the company at industry events and conferences

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a PR role, preferably in the recruitment industry.

- Proven track record of successful PR campaigns and media relations

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic

- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities

- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

- Experience in crisis management and handling negative publicity

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PR software, such as Cision or Meltwater

- Strong leadership and team management skills

- Knowledge of Saudi Arabian media landscape and cultural norms is preferred
