We are looking for dynamic Plant Managers for its newly established facility for Customize Mobile Equipment Solutions with following mention criteria:

  • Automotive / Mechanical /Industrial Engineer

  • Fluent in English and Arabic Language

  • Min. 10 Years experience with same role.

  • Vast experience on assembly of different products like Aerial platforms, Cranes, trucks, special trucks, high pressure water tanks.

  • Design, Engineering and Fabrication of different types of truck bodies.

  • Excellent Knowhow of AutoCAD and Solid works software

  • Transferable Iqama

  • Driving License.

Job Description

Daily operations, focusing on safety, quality, productivity, and cost management to meet production targets. Key responsibilities include implementing strategic plans, managing budgets, supervising staff, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. They also handle hiring, training, and performance management while collaborating with other departments like engineering, quality assurance, and supply chain.

Key responsibilities

· Operations and Production: Manage day-to-day plant activities, set production targets, and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.

· Safety and Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with safety regulations, and foster a culture of safety among the work force.

· Quality Control: Uphold high product quality standards, monitor quality KPIs, and implement corrective actions as needed.

· Budget and Cost Management: Manage plant expenditures within budget, control costs, and report on financial performance.

· Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and motivate plant personnel; assign duties, manage schedules, and resolve employee issues.

· Strategic Planning: Develop and execute long-term operational strategies for continuous improvement, cost reduction, and enhanced product reliability.

· Reporting and Collaboration: Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management and collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., supply chain, quality assurance, engineering).

· Maintenance: Implement and maintain a comprehensive maintenance program for all plant machinery and equipment.
