Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Heating Air Conditioning Technician role located in Jeddah. The technician will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems. Responsibilities include conducting preventive maintenance, troubleshooting system issues, and ensuring compliance with EPA regulations. Additionally, the technician will handle basic plumbing and electrical repairs if necessary. The role involves ensuring all systems function efficiently to provide comfort and safety for the residents of Mura Bustan Compound.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Troubleshooting and Preventive Maintenance of HVAC systems
  • Knowledge of HVAC-related Plumbing and Electricity repairs
  • Certification in EPA (Environmental Protection Agency) regulations and standards
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in an on-site environment
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Prior experience in a residential or facility maintenance role is preferred
  • Technical certification or diploma in HVAC systems or related field is a plus
