Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior & Graduate Interior Designer (2 roles) based in Riyadh with the flexibility to work from home on certain occasions. The Interior Designer will be responsible for overseeing and managing interior design projects from concept to completion. Tasks include space planning, creating detailed construction drawings, sourcing materials and finishes, selecting FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment), and collaborating with architects, contractors, and clients to ensure the delivery of high-quality designs. Additionally, the role involves overseeing project timelines, maintaining design standards, and coordinating with team members effectively.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Space Planning and Interior Design, with the ability to develop and execute thoughtful, functional design solutions
  • Proficiency in Architecture and expertise in creating detailed Construction Drawings to ensure effective execution of designs
  • Experience in FF&E selection, procurement, and coordination for various project types
  • Excellent project management skills, attention to detail, and time management
  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
  • Proficiency in design and drafting software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp and Revit
  • Competency in using AI tools and technology in the design process
  • Strong communication and presentation skills for client interaction and team collaboration
  • Proven experience leading design projects, with a comprehensive portfolio showcasing diverse and innovative work
  • Knowledge of industry trends, materials, and sustainable design practices is an advantage
