Our client, a leading Construction Consultancy, is seeking an experienced Senior Planner to join their PMC Pool team in Riyadh for a major Data Center program. The role will oversee project planning, scheduling, and progress management across all phases, ensuring accurate reporting, timely execution, and alignment with project objectives. This position requires expertise in large-scale, mission-critical projects and the ability to coordinate complex schedules across multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules for data center construction and commissioning activities.
  • Coordinate with Project Managers, engineering, design, procurement, and construction teams to ensure schedule alignment.
  • Monitor project progress, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions.
  • Prepare and present weekly and monthly schedule reports, dashboards, and forecasts for senior management.
  • Support risk analysis, resource allocation, and long lead item planning.
  • Ensure compliance with project governance, reporting standards, and contractual requirements.
  • Mentor and guide junior planners to maintain high quality scheduling practices.
  • Contribute to project controls processes and schedule improvement initiatives.

Experiences & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • 15+ years of experience in planning/scheduling for large-scale construction or mission critical projects, preferably data centers.
  • Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, or equivalent planning tools.
  • Strong knowledge of project controls, risk management, and project lifecycle planning.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a consultancy environment with multiple stakeholders.
  • GCC or Saudi Arabia experience is advantageous.

The salary package will be discussed based on candidate expectations, experience, and market alignment.
