The Sales Manager will lead and drive the company's sales growth by developing and implementing effective strategies to expand the client base, increase revenue, and strengthen long-term relationships with key clients and partners. The role focuses on achieving sales targets and ensuring high performance within the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies and action plans to achieve company revenue goals and market expansion.
- Identify new sales opportunities and target potential clients within the marketing and advertising sectors.
- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and strategic partners.
- Monitor and manage existing accounts to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Analyze sales performance data, prepare regular reports, and recommend improvements.
Collaborate with internal departments to align sales strategies with marketing and operational objectives.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in sales management, preferably within marketing or advertising agencies.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Media, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in leading and motivating teams to achieve sales goals.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and deal-closing abilities.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- In-depth understanding of sales processes, market dynamics, and client needs within the marketing and advertising industry.
