Job brief:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Sales & Proposal Engineer to support business development in the pipeline, oil & gas, and energy sectors. The ideal candidate will have a technical background, strong communication skills, and hands-on experience preparing commercial and technical proposals.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the pipeline and energy industries.
  • Prepare technical and commercial proposals in line with client specifications.
  • Engage with clients to understand their operational requirements and propose effective solutions.
  • Present proposals and support contract discussions to help secure new projects.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to enhance sales strategies.
  • Coordinate with engineering, project, and operations teams for smooth project execution.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and client interactions using CRM tools.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or proposal preparation (preferably project-based sales).
  • Familiarity with pipeline systems, industry codes, and technical specifications.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
  • Ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
  • Must hold a valid Saudi Family Book (required for company documentation).
  • Open to female candidates as part of a diversity and inclusion initiative.
