Role Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Finance Specialist to join our team at Doctor Style Clinic in Jeddah. This is a full-time, on-site role where you will play a key part in overseeing and managing our financial operations. You will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing accurate financial reports, handling accounting tasks, and coordinating with both internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze financial data and provide insights to support decision-making
  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports
  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations and bookkeeping
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
  • Coordinate with auditors, banks, and external consultants when needed
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure financial transparency

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • Proven experience in preparing financial statements
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Excel
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
