About the Role

We are seeking a
Senior Manager – Function Unit (Electric & Electronic)
to lead the design, development, and integration of electrical and electronic systems for armored vehicle programs. This is a senior leadership role responsible for end-to-end management of hardware and software subsystems within land defense programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead all layouts and integration of electrical/electronic subsystems (hardware and software).
  • Manage technical projects for all electrical/electronic system applications in armored vehicle programs.
  • Oversee design, development, analysis, and documentation of electronic systems.
  • Supervise supplier developments and ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
  • Translate customer and operational requirements into technical specifications.
  • Ensure system integration meets volume, weight, power, and performance targets.
  • Support system validation, EMC/EMI testing, and production rollout.

Preferred Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Electrical / Electronics / Mechatronics Engineering
    (Master's preferred).
  • 10–15 years
    of relevant experience in
    defense or automotive industries
    , ideally in land systems.
  • Proven expertise in
    electrical/electronic system integration
    ,
    C4I technology
    ,
    mechatronics
    , and
    EMC/EMI
    .
  • Strong project management and leadership skills.
  • Prior experience working with
    Turkish defense companies
    or
    GCC defense programs
    is highly desirable.
