Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an MEP / HVAC Supervisor based in Oxagon. The role involves supervising and managing the daily operations and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems, with an emphasis on HVAC systems. Responsibilities include diagnosing and troubleshooting system issues, performing preventive maintenance, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The Supervisor will also manage and support a team of technicians, ensuring efficient operations and timely service delivery while maintaining excellent customer service.

Qualifications

  • Strong Supervisory Skills with the ability to manage teams, allocate tasks effectively, and oversee project execution.
  • Proficiency in HVAC system management, including installation, repair, and optimization of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
  • Experience with Troubleshooting and resolving operational issues in MEP and HVAC systems.
  • Knowledge in Preventive Maintenance practices to ensure reliability and system longevity.
  • Strong Customer Service aptitude to address client concerns and maintain positive client relationships.
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures in facilities management.
  • Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related field is preferred.
  • Relevant certifications in HVAC or MEP are an advantage.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar supervisory role is preferred.
