Role Overview

The J
unior Finance Analyst
will support financial planning, reporting, and analysis activities. This role requires strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of financial concepts, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
  • Perform variance analysis and investigate financial trends.
  • Help maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
  • Assist in analyzing financial data to support decision-making.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to gather required financial information.
  • Support audits by preparing schedules and documentation.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives within the finance department.

Required Qualifications

  • 1–2 years
    of experience in finance, accounting, or related roles (internships or training programs also count).
  • Bachelor's degree in finance,
    Accounting
    , or a related discipline.
  • Strong understanding of financial principles and statements.
  • Proficiency in Excel and financial analysis tools.
  • Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in a digital or technology company is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (Oracle Fusion is a plus but not required).
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
