We are seeking an experienced Projects Manager to join our leading fit-out contracting company. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, technical expertise, and a proven track record in delivering high-quality interior fit-out projects.

Key Requirements:


• Minimum 12 years of experience in the construction industry, with a strong focus on interior fit-out contracting.


• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.


• PMP certification is preferred.


• Must have a transferable Iqama.


• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects from inception to completion.


• Strong background in project planning, cost control, quality assurance, and site coordination.


• Excellent communication, leadership, and client-management skills.


• Ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and deliver projects within budget and schedule.

Responsibilities:


• Oversee daily project operations and ensure timely execution of all phases.


• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.


• Prepare and monitor project schedules, progress reports, and cost forecasts.


• Ensure adherence to safety regulations, quality standards, and contractual obligations.


• Maintain and enforce high-quality standards throughout all project stages, ensuring the final output meets the company's expectations and client requirements.


• Monitor and evaluate team productivity, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring optimal performance across all disciplines.


• Provide strategic direction to project teams and support business growth.
