JASARA PMC is on the lookout for a highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring that our construction projects meet the highest standards of quality and excellence. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing quality assurance processes, while also conducting regular inspections and audits to maintain compliance with established standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement robust quality assurance frameworks and processes
  • Conduct comprehensive audits and inspections across various project sites
  • Work closely with project managers and teams to identify quality-related issues and develop actionable solutions
  • Monitor project quality performance indicators and prepare reports
  • Provide training and support to team members on quality control practices
  • Stay informed about industry regulations and best practices in quality management
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering or construction management
  • At least 15 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in the construction industry
  • Proven experience in developing quality assurance frameworks
  • Strong understanding of quality control methodologies and tools
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication, leadership, and teamwork abilities
  • Quality assurance certification (e.g., ISO 9001) is advantageous
