Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Rental Agent located in the Riyadh Region. The Rental Agent will assist customers with car rental services, manage bookings, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Duties include processing rental agreements, inspecting vehicles, coordinating reservations, and addressing customer inquiries professionally. The Rental Agent will play a vital role in upholding Rent 2 You's commitment to delivering outstanding service to its clientele.

Qualifications

  • Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to ensure positive client experiences
  • Knowledge of Rental Management and Car Rental operations, with the ability to process rental agreements and manage vehicle availability
  • Effective Communication skills to interact professionally with customers and team members
  • Previous experience in the car rental or related service industry is advantageous
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries efficiently and courteously
  • Basic computer proficiency for managing online bookings and relevant administrative tasks
