The PlayFuture Cooperative Training Program (COOP) at Qiddiya Investment Company is designed for enthusiastic students eager to gain valuable insights and experience in the vibrant field of entertainment and tourism. This program offers hands-on learning opportunities, allowing participants to immerse themselves in various aspects of the development and operation of our world-class offerings, particularly in the entertainment sector.

Participants will work alongside industry professionals, engage in real projects, and contribute to initiatives that support the growth and success of Qiddiya. Throughout the program, trainees will develop crucial skills, expand their professional networks, and gain an understanding of the operational dynamics of a leading entertainment company.

• Assist in various departments within Qiddiya, gaining exposure to multiple functions and operational areas.
• Participate in project assignments, contributing ideas and insights while supporting team objectives.
• Engage in training sessions and workshops aimed at building professional skills and industry knowledge.
• Collaborate with teams to conduct research and gather insights on best practices related to entertainment and tourism.
• Prepare reports and presentations summarizing findings and contributions during the training period.

• Currently enrolled in a university or college program, pursuing a degree related to Hospitality, Tourism, Business Management, or a relevant field.
• Strong interest in the entertainment and tourism industry.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Open to learning and adapting to various roles and responsibilities.
• Availability to commit to the full duration of the cooperative training program.
