Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified and proactive
IT Engineer
to manage and support the company's IT infrastructure, systems, and networks. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth operation of hardware, software, and communication systems across all departments and project sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, network, and system issues across head office and project locations.
• Install, configure, and maintain servers, PCs, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Monitor network performance and ensure reliable connectivity and security.
• Manage user accounts, email configurations, and access permissions.
• Perform data backup, recovery, and routine system maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related problems in a timely manner.
• Coordinate with vendors for IT procurement, maintenance, and warranty claims.
• Maintain inventory of IT equipment, licenses, and systems documentation.
• Support ERP systems, construction software, and project management tools.
• Ensure cybersecurity measures are implemented and updated regularly.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree in
  Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
  .
• 3–4 years of relevant experience as an
  IT Engineer
  or
  System/Network Support Engineer
  .
• Strong knowledge of
  Windows Server, Active Directory, LAN/WAN, Firewalls, and Microsoft 365
  .
• Hands-on experience with
  network troubleshooting, IP configuration, and system backups
  .
• Familiarity with
  construction ERP/software systems
  (preferred).
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Fluent in
  English and Arabic
  .

Preferred:

• Certifications such as
  CompTIA Network+
  ,
  CCNA
  , or
  Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP)
  .
• Experience supporting
  multi-site operations
  in construction or contracting companies.
