Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Project Controls and Reporting Manager to join our team

What You'll Be Doing;

  • Develop and manage the master schedule using Primavera P6, integrating design, procurement, construction, and commissioning activities.
  • Monitor progress against the baseline schedule, identify delays, and recommend mitigation actions.
  • Coordinate schedule updates with construction, procurement, and engineering teams.
  • Track project costs, commitments, and forecasts against approved budgets.
  • Support cost estimating, value engineering exercises, and change management.
  • Prepare cost reports, cash flow projections, and variance analysis.
  • Implement project control systems to monitor KPIs, productivity, and earned value metrics.
  • Lead the preparation of weekly and monthly reports for internal management and external stakeholders.
  • Develop executive dashboards, progress narratives, and risk tracking logs.
  • Liaise with client, consultants, and contractors to align project reporting and controls processes.
  • Support contract administration through tracking of claims, variations, and milestones.
  • Coordinate inputs for presentations, audits, and governance reviews.

What Required Skills You'll Bring;

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in project controls and reporting roles
  • Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6, Excel, Power BI, and cost control systems (e.g., Oracle Primavera Contract Management, ARES PRISM).
  • Strong knowledge of earned value management (EVM), schedule risk analysis, and progress measurement techniques.
  • Attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and reporting accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • PMP, CCP (Certified Cost Professional), or equivalent certification.
  • Familiarity with Aconex, BIM 360, or similar project management platforms.
  • Fluency in Arabic is an advantage.
