Position: Façade Production Manager

Location
: Riyadh - Saudi Arabia

We are seeking an experienced
Façade Production Manager
to oversee our aluminum and glass façade production operations in Riyadh, ensuring efficient and timely manufacturing of products in accordance with quality standards and project requirements. This role includes planning, coordinating, and supervising production operations, managing resources, leading the production team, and collaborating across departments to meet company goals, and ensure that manufacturing processes run reliably and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and manage daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules.
  • Supervise all aspects of production operations and ensure targets are met.
  • Monitor workflow, efficiency, and resource utilization.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
  • Lead and mentor supervisors, team leaders, and production staff.
  • Identify bottlenecks or delays and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure production documentation and records are maintained accurately.
  • Work with other departments to align production plans with material availability and delivery timelines.
  • Participate in recruitment, training, and performance evaluations of production staff.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production output.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Architecture

    Civil Engineering
    ,
    Mechanical Engineering
    ,
    Industrial Engineering
    , or a related field.
  • Minimum
    7 years
    of experience in
    facade systems manufacturing
    (aluminum & glass).
  • knowledge of façade materials and systems.
  • Strong manufacturing and process knowledge.
  • Proven leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
