Production Engineer

- Design and optimize production processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality, leveraging Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish clear production schedules, ensuring alignment with supply chain and inventory management.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to address production issues, minimizing downtime and maximizing throughput.
- Develop and maintain production documentation, including process flow diagrams and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and compliance.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing) is mandatory, with advanced degrees preferred.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in a production or manufacturing environment is essential for effective contribution.
- Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma is a strong advantage, showcasing commitment to process improvement.
- Experience with CAD software and production planning tools, enhancing your technical capabilities.
