Job Purpose:

This is a dual role for an experienced AM/BDM to manage and grow client relationships while driving new business development for FCM Travel Solutions in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia for a fluent Arabic / English speaker.

This role may split eventually evolve into two separate roles with a single focus. Initially we seek an individual to ensure clients receive integrated travel management services aligned with agreed service levels, while also identifying and closing new business opportunities.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Relationship Management
  • Build, maintain, and strengthen multi-level client relationships. Ensure high client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Product Awareness & Advisory
  • Inform clients of primary and secondary products/services. Advise clients on solutions suited to their travel needs.
  • Client Expense Management
  • Provide customized travel expense management strategies based on client requirements.
  • Business Development & Sales
  • Identify new business opportunities, manage extended sales cycles, respond to RFPs, and achieve sales targets.
  • Implementation & Coordination
  • Ensure smooth implementation of client travel programs by coordinating with Finance, Product, and Operations teams.
  • Travel Program Review & Recommendations
  • Regularly assess client travel programs and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Proactive Client Support
  • Forecast client travel requirements, anticipate challenges, and deliver timely solutions.

Experience & Knowledge:

  • A strict minimum
    5 years B2B / Corporate Sales & Account Management experience
    , in Saudi Arabia
  • Fluent in Arabic and English
  • In-depth understanding of the travel industry
  • Proven ability to identify and develop client relationships at multiple levels
  • Experience responding to RFPs and managing a sales pipeline
