We are seeking a talented
Lead Mechanical Project Engineer
to join our dynamic Building & Cities (B+C) team in Riyadh. The successful candidate will bring
strong technical delivery capability, client management skills, and leadership energy
to drive the success of complex multi-disciplinary projects.

This role is ideal for professionals seeking an environment where they can take a step forward from their current role — leading projects, shaping design outcomes, and growing client partnerships under a globally respected brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead mechanical design and delivery for major building and infrastructure projects within KSA and the wider Middle East.
  • Collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure optimal solutions and project outcomes.
  • Manage and mentor project teams to deliver innovative and coordinated MEP designs.
  • Support work-winning activities, technical bids, and design presentations.
  • Develop strong client and partner relationships to grow business opportunities in the region.
  • Ensure all designs meet RBG and SJ Group quality, safety, and sustainability standards.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (Master's preferred).
  • 10–12 years of experience in mechanical building services or multi-disciplinary engineering projects.
  • Demonstrated leadership in project delivery and client engagement.
  • Proven experience in HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems design.
  • Strong understanding of regional standards and codes (KSA/GCC).
  • Chartered or working toward Chartered status preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and team leadership skills.
