About the Role
AlMajal Cybersecurity is seeking a highly skilled
Cybersecurity Sales Engineer
to support our sales team in driving business growth by delivering deep technical expertise, solution design, and trusted advisory to our clients. You will engage with customers to understand their cybersecurity challenges, design tailored solutions, and clearly articulate the value of AlMajal's advanced security offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with the sales team to identify customer requirements and propose tailored cybersecurity solutions.
• Deliver compelling technical presentations, demonstrations, and proof‑of‑concepts (POCs).
• Conduct assessments of customer environments to identify security gaps and recommend suitable AlMajal solutions.
• Develop solution architectures, technical designs, and detailed proposals.
• Lead the technical sections of RFP/RFI responses.
• Act as the technical point‑of‑contact during the entire presales engagement.
• Stay current with cybersecurity trends, evolving threats, and emerging technologies.
• Support creation of presales collateral such as presentations, solution briefs, use cases, and whitepapers.
• Build strong customer and partner relationships by providing expert technical guidance.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3–5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, solution engineering, or presales.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity domains including:
Network Security
Endpoint Security
Email and Web gateway Security
Cloud Security (AWS, Azure)
Identity & Access Management (IAM, PAM, SSO, MFA)
Security Operations (SIEM, SOAR)
Vulnerability Management
• Experience delivering demos and presenting complex concepts to technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Hands‑on experience with leading cybersecurity platforms and technologies.
• Industry certifications such as CISSP, CEH, Security+, CCSP, or vendor‑specific certifications are an advantage.
Skills & Competencies:
• Excellent communication, negotiations, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to translate technical capabilities into business value.
• High level of professionalism, customer orientation, and teamwork.
• Ability to manage multiple engagements under tight deadlines.
Requirements:
• Ability to travel to customer sites when required.
• Strong documentation and proposal‑writing skills.
• Legal authorization to work in the region.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.
