Role Overview

We're seeking an experienced and visionary Senior Creative Designer to lead the design process for event branding, visuals, and collateral. This role demands creativity, leadership, and hands-on experience in event design and branding from concept to execution.

Senior Graphic Designers create compelling proposal documents and pitch decks for

events, exhibitions and conferences. They transform complex concepts into polished

visual narratives, ensuring brand alignment, clarity and impact. This role guides graphic

execution across the studio and collaborates closely with copywriters, 3D designers and

Art Directors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design comprehensive proposal decks and presentation materials that translate

concepts into clear narratives.

  • Develop and maintain design systems, templates and style guides for consistent visual

identity across all projects, Technical Proposals.

  • Integrate 3D renders, diagrams and illustrations into cohesive layouts.
  • Apply advanced typography, colour theory and multilingual layout techniques to engage

diverse audiences.

  • Collaborate with copywriters to align visuals with storylines and key messages.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines without sacrificing quality.
  • Train junior designers in bilingual layouts and Enso's branded storytelling style.
  • Own quality assurance checkpoint for all Technical proposals before submission.
  • Lead the creative development of event-related designs including backdrops, stage visuals, banners, wayfinding signage, exhibition booths, LED screen content, and branded environments.

Requirements

  • 10+ pitch decks or proposals for events/conferences technical proposal; must include

bilingual layouts and high-end typography.

  • Advanced knowledge of design systems; ability to manage multiple deadlines; must be

bilingual

  • Event-related designs including backdrops, stage visuals, banners, wayfinding signage, exhibition booths, LED screen content, and branded environments.
