A well-established commercial vehicle distributor in Saudi Arabia, backed by a leading regional automotive group, is hiring
Parts Advisors
to support its growing after-sales operations. The company represents internationally recognized
bus brands
and operates multiple service centers across the Kingdom.

This role is ideal for candidates with hands-on experience in commercial vehicle spare parts, workshop coordination, and inventory control.

Key Responsibilities:

• Arrange spare parts for workshop repair orders and retail customers
• Identify correct parts using EPC / system references
• Prepare stock orders based on parts movement and fast-moving items
• Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels
• Bill parts to repair orders and retail invoices
• Perform monthly stock reconciliation
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports
• Coordinate closely with workshop, warehouse, and service teams

Requirements:

• Experience as Parts Advisor / Parts Sales / Parts Coordinator
• Background in commercial vehicles (trucks, buses) preferred
• Knowledge of after-sales operations in a dealership or distributor environment
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / Kerridge or similar)
• Strong coordination, reporting, and communication skills
• Willingness to work in Tabuk or Dammam
