Role Summary

We are seeking a Real Estate Analyst with strong analytical capabilities and a solid understanding of the Saudi real estate market. The role supports the Advisory Department by delivering high-quality research, market intelligence, and data-driven insights that inform investment decisions, development planning, asset operational strategies, and broader strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Market Research & Analysis

• Conduct research across major real estate sectors, including residential, commercial, retail, hospitality, industrial, and mixed-use.
• Analyze economic indicators, demographic trends, regulatory updates, and sector dynamics.
• Monitor key performance metrics such as property values, rental rates, occupancy levels, and supply pipelines.
• Assess competitor activity and emerging market patterns.
• Develop market forecasts and identify market opportunities or risks.

2. Data Collection & Management

• Gather and interpret data from government sources, consultants, brokers, and research platforms.
• Maintain organized databases and analytical tools for ongoing research.
• Evaluate datasets related to demographics, construction costs, financial performance, and market conditions.
• Ensure the accuracy and consistency of all data used in analyses and reports.

3. Investment Analysis & Due Diligence

• Support feasibility studies and highest-and-best-use analyses for development opportunities.
• Assist in preparing financial models, scenario analyses, and cash flow projections.
• Participate in due diligence processes for acquisitions and development projects.
• Assess market fit, financial viability, and key risk factors for potential investments.

4. Market Engagement & Collaboration

• Engage with brokers, consultants, investors, and other market participants to gather insights and validate assumptions.
• Maintain relationships with industry stakeholders to stay informed about market activity.
• Collaborate with internal teams across development, investment, asset management, and finance.

5. Reporting & Communication

• Prepare clear and comprehensive research reports, briefs, and presentations.
• Develop visuals and summaries that communicate insights effectively.
• Present findings to internal leadership and external stakeholders.
• Provide actionable recommendations based on research and analysis.

6. Strategic Support

• Deliver insights that contribute to strategic planning, business development, and portfolio assessment.
• Support the development of investment strategies, asset strategies, and market-entry evaluations.
• Produce structured, decision-ready outputs for senior leadership.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Urban Planning, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in real estate research, analysis, advisory, investment, or development within Saudi Arabia.
• A strong professional network within the Saudi real estate market is preferred.
• Proficiency in both English and Arabic (written and verbal) is required.
