We're Hiring – MEP Foreman (Construction Experience) | Dammam/Khobar, Saudi Arabia

We are looking for a highly experienced
MEP Foreman
to join our dynamic team in Dammam/Khobar.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and ELV systems, and a proven track record in interior and AV-integrated projects. as an
MEP Foreman

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervising on-site installation of HVAC, electrical panels, plumbing, ELV, and ductwork systems
  • Reviewing and implementing AutoCAD/shop drawings with high accuracy
  • Assigning and managing daily tasks for technicians across disciplines
  • Conducting system inspections, continuity/megger tests, and commissioning activities
  • Overseeing conduit and cable tray installations (PVC, EMT, RGC) and transformer works
  • Coordinating with AV and Interior Fit-Out teams to ensure smooth integration
  • Enforcing safety, quality, and housekeeping standards
  • Preparing daily progress reports and maintaining technical documentation

Requirements

  • 12–15 years of site supervision experience in MEP projects (interior and AV-integrated experience preferred)
  • Technical Diploma
    in
    Electrical, Mechanical, or MEP
    Engineering
  • Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
  • Working knowledge of MEP testing tools (continuity, megger, functional testing)
  • Familiarity with BMS and ELV systems
  • Valid Saudi Driving License is mandatory
  • Good command of English (Arabic, Urdu, or Hindi is a plus)
  • Must have a transferable Iqama
  • Must be currently based in Saudi Arabia
