A leading Talent Acquisition Company in Saudi Arabia, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Drilling Rig Foreman for a prestigious project in Saudi Arabia. As a leading talent acquisition company, specializes in providing exceptional recruitment services for various industries, including Oil & Gas. In this role, you will oversee and manage drilling operations, ensuring the highest standards of safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise the drilling crew, ensuring adherence to safety regulations and protocols;
  • Manage all aspects of drilling operations, working closely with the drilling engineer and project management;
  • Ensure effective communication and coordination between various teams and stakeholders;
  • Maintain accurate drilling records and documentation;
  • Resolve operational challenges and implement solutions for continuous improvement;
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide training to crew members;
  • Monitor and enforce compliance with environmental and safety standards.

Requirements

  • Thirteen (13) years relevant experience in drilling and workover operations including supervisory experience generally acquired by progression on a drilling or workover rig.
  • -OR-
  • B.S. degree in Engineering with Seven (7) years of experience working in drilling and workover operations including adequate supervisory experience on a drilling or workover rig.
  • Willing to live in remote areas in mobile camps.
