We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Architect Inspector to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As an Architect Inspector, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality, safety, and compliance of architectural projects throughout the city and surrounding areas.

• Conduct thorough inspections of architectural plans, drawings, and specifications to ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations
• Perform on-site inspections of construction projects at various stages of development in Riyadh and surrounding areas
• Identify and document any deviations from approved plans or violations of building codes
• Prepare detailed inspection reports and communicate findings to project stakeholders
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to resolve design and construction issues
• Stay up-to-date with changes in building codes, regulations, and industry best practices
• Evaluate and promote sustainable building practices and green architecture initiatives
• Maintain accurate records of inspections and project documentation
• Provide expert advice and recommendations to improve architectural designs and construction processes
• Ensure compliance with local and national building standards specific to Saudi Arabia

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in architectural inspection or related field
• Professional certification in architectural inspection (e.g., ICC Certification)
• Proficiency in architectural design software, including AutoCAD and Revit
• In-depth knowledge of building codes and regulations, particularly those applicable in Saudi Arabia
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Familiarity with sustainable building practices and green architecture concepts
• Ability to read and interpret complex architectural plans and specifications
• Willingness to travel within Riyadh and surrounding areas for on-site inspections
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
• Understanding of regional architectural styles and construction practices in Saudi Arabia
• Ability to work efficiently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Innovative approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement in architectural inspection processes
