Short Description

Duties:
Job Purpose:
Provide technical support to the 90-day rolling plan and annual marketing plan schedule for one or more assigned businesses to balance capacities, achieve optimum output from site's push strategy, and efficiently connect with the JV and third-party marketing zones.

Functional Duties:

  • Develop, communicate and implement operational and tactical 90-day plans.
  • Determine and/or execute the most effective sourcing rules.
  • Support the Supply Chain Scheduler/Planner and coordinate the manufacturing plant's workflow to meet the production schedules and customer requirements.
  • Maintain production planning within the ERP system (master data maintenance, order entry and order processing, manage data exceptions and alerts).
  • Monitor compliance to plans and schedules and mitigate field change into the plan.
  • Activate follow up from the Sales & Operations Planning Team for a business or group of businesses.
  • Engage in cross-department efforts to identify and handle the performance source of diversion.
  • Advise on S&OP teams and serve as a local site planning coordinator for integration of site material flows.
  • Comply with EH&S guidelines and overall safety processes.
  • Perform any job-related activities as requested by the immediate supervisor/ manager.
  • Activate follow up from Planning collaboration meeting for a business or group of businesses.

Education:
Essential: Bachelor Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering or related Science degrees.

Certification:
Preferred: APICS Certification.
