Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh for a Behavioral Therapist. The Behavioral Therapist will design and implement individualized therapy plans based on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles to support individuals in overcoming behavioral and developmental challenges. Day-to-day tasks include working closely with children and families, conducting assessments and progress evaluations, documenting sessions, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams. The therapist will guide families and caregivers with strategies to foster developmental and behavioral growth in various settings.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and behavior analysis techniques
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients, children, and families
  • Background in psychology or a related field
  • Experience working with children with developmental and behavioral needs
  • Excellent communication and critical-thinking abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team
  • Relevant certification in ABA or behavioral therapy preferred
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Behavioral Sciences, or a related field
  • Fluency in Arabic and English is an advantage
