major confidential new company
is seeking an experienced
Senior Organization Development Manager (OD)
to join its Human Resources function in Saudi Arabia. This is a high-impact role supporting the build-out and maturation of a newly established organization operating at scale and pace.

The role will play a key part in shaping organizational effectiveness, operating models, and people strategy. Candidates with prior
consulting or professional services experience
—particularly in organization design, change, or transformation—will be strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead
    organization development initiatives
    , including organizational design, operating model development, and workforce transformation
  • Partner with senior leadership to assess organizational effectiveness and recommend structural and capability improvements
  • Design and deliver
    change management strategies
    to support large-scale business and operating model changes
  • Support leadership development, succession planning, and capability-building programs
  • Apply diagnostics, data, and insights to identify organizational gaps and measure the impact of OD interventions
  • Collaborate with internal HR teams and external advisors as needed to embed best-practice OD frameworks
  • Ensure alignment with Saudi labor regulations, cultural context, and workforce objectives

Requirements

  • This role is restricted to Saudi's only
  • Bachelor's degree in
    Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, Psychology
    , or a related field (Master's preferred)
  • 7–12+ years of experience in
    Organization Development
    ,
    organizational effectiveness
    ,
    HR transformation
    , or related fields
  • Consulting or professional services experience strongly preferred
    (internal consulting backgrounds also welcome)
  • Demonstrated expertise in organizational design, change management, and workforce planning
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to advise senior leadership
  • Fluency in
    Arabic and English
    (written and spoken)
