On behalf of our client, we are looking to hire a Managerof Quality and Excellence. JobSummaryThe Manager of Quality and Institutional Excellence isresponsible for setting objectives and operational plans for the quality andinstitutional excellence department. This role involves defining key goals andperformance indicators for team members, monitoring and measuring these metricscontinuously ResponsibilitiesParticipate in setting objectives,initiatives and operational plans for quality management and institutionalexcellence and determine the main objectives and its indicators for theaffiliated work teams and work to measure and follow them up continuouslyContribute to achieving the mainobjectives of quality management and institutional excellence and directing theaffiliated work teams towards achieving their goals and improving the level ofservices which it provides in terms of quality, accuracy and effectiveness.Participate in the development ofworkflows and procedures followed in the management of quality andinstitutional excellence and ensure the documentation of all policies,procedures and systems work followed and adhered to.Monitor the performance of the QualityManagement and Institutional Excellence Department compared to the previouslyestablished performance objectives in order to ensure that the work isprogressing towards the required direction and that the procedures correctiveand preventive measures have been taken as required.Preparing the annual budget forquality management and institutional excellence, monitoring it and ensuringcompliance with it.Identify the needs of qualitymanagement and organizational excellence of competencies and talents andrecommend human resources decisions such as rewards and appointments andpromotions and transfers of the staff of the Department.Follow up and evaluate the performanceof subordinates, determine their training needs, recommend the necessarytraining courses, and participate in monitoring the effectiveness of these courses.Hold periodic meetings withsubordinates to review the progress of work and progress achieved, discusssubordinates' suggestions and take appropriate action accordingly.Preparing periodic reports on theactivities and achievements of the Quality and Institutional ExcellenceDepartment and submitting them to his direct manager in the orgnization .Approving requests related tosubordinates' affairs such as: vacations, departures.... etc .Nominating a deputy to carry out hisduties and responsibilities in the event of his absence wherever necessary.Developing and modernizingorganizational structures and roles.Measure and analyze the effectiveness,efficiency and improvement of processes.To guide the documentation,development and improvement of policies and procedures.Ensure the application and follow -upof specifications, systems and awards of total quality and institutionalexcellence. RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent from anaccredited body.Experience of at least12 years
