Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Consultant located in Riyadh. The Senior Consultant will be responsible for providing expert legal advice, conducting in-depth legal research, and drafting legal documents. The role also involves representing clients in legal proceedings, developing legal strategies, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The Senior Consultant will work closely with clients, cultivating strong relationships, and delivering tailored legal services across multiple sectors.

Qualifications

  • Legal expertise in Corporate, Commercial, Capital Markets, and Public-Private Partnerships (PPP)
  • Experience in Restructuring, Bankruptcy, Regulatory Affairs, and Compliance
  • Skills in Dispute Resolution, Settlements, and Litigation
  • Proficiency in Legal Drafting of Regulations and Legislation
  • Strong analytical and research skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Law or related field; advanced qualifications are a plus
