Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Personal Assistant located in Jiddah. The Personal Assistant will be responsible for managing daily administrative and organizational tasks, including diary management, scheduling, and clerical duties. The role also involves effective communication, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and providing executive administrative support to ensure the seamless execution of day-to-day operations.
Qualifications
- Fluency in English
- Strong Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
- Proficiency in Communication and ability to interact with diverse stakeholders
- Expertise in Diary Management and scheduling coordination
- Solid foundation in Clerical Skills, including document preparation and record keeping
- Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Proficiency in relevant office software tools
- Experience in providing support in a fast-paced environment is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
