About The Role
To contribute to enhancing mental health and psychological well-being in the workplace by providing psychological consultations, designing and implementing preventive and awareness programs, conducting non-diagnostic psychological assessments and measurements, analyzing behavior and psychological data, participating in relevant studies and research, and providing recommendations to improve the psychological and organizational environment, in accordance with approved professional and ethical standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide psychological sessions and consultations and achieve the defined objectives for each case.
• Participate in the preparation and implementation of preventive and awareness programs and project-related activities.
• Propose and design workshop titles and content based on recurring cases and the most prominent issues among beneficiaries.
• Conduct psychological measurements and assessments and apply approved non-diagnostic psychological scales and tests.
• Analyze assessment results and extract general behavioral and psychological indicators.
• Analyze behavior and collect and analyze psychological data in accordance with approved scientific and professional methodologies.
• Document, record, organize, and follow up on case files in coordination with consultants.
• Prepare reports and files highlighting key psychological issues and the necessary recommendations.
• Provide general psychological consultations and participate in relevant studies and research.
• Provide recommendations that contribute to improving the psychological and organizational work environment.
• Contribute to enhancing psychological adjustment and stress management capabilities.
• Comply with professional ethics, policies, and approved regulations.
• Maintain the confidentiality of psychological information and data.

Required Qualifications

• Experience:
• Master's degree in Psychology.
• A minimum of 6 years of professional experience in the field of psychology.
• Other Requirements:
• A valid professional license issued by the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS).
