Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Central Sterile Supply Technician located in Madinah. The technician will be responsible for the decontamination and sterilization of medical instruments and equipment to ensure compliance with infection control guidelines. Key responsibilities include operating and maintaining sterilization equipment, inspecting and assembling surgical instruments, and conducting routine checks to ensure supplies meet quality standards. The role requires close collaboration with the operating room team and other healthcare professionals to support patient care.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Decontamination and Sterilization methods and techniques
- Understanding of Infection Control protocols and practices
- Familiarity with Operating Room procedures and workflows
- Proficiency in Medical Terminology
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Certification in sterile processing or equivalent, with prior relevant experience preferred
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to manage records efficiently
