  2. Troubleshoot mechanical breakdowns and carry out corrective actions to minimize downtime.
  3. Assist in machine installation, commissioning, and calibration of equipment.
  4. Support production teams by ensuring equipment operates safely and efficiently.
  5. Carry out preventive maintenance as per schedules and maintain accurate maintenance records.
  6. Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and quality standards during maintenance activities.
  7. Work closely with electrical, instrumentation, and production teams to resolve technical issues.
  8. Follow safety protocols and participate in continuous improvement activities.
Desired Candidate Profile


• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / Mechanical Technology or equivalent.

• 2–5 years of experience as a Mechanical Technician, preferably in food, beverage, service technician, or FMCG manufacturing industries.

• Strong knowledge of rotating equipment, conveyors, pumps, gearboxes, and packaging machinery.

• Familiarity with preventive maintenance and troubleshooting techniques.

• Basic knowledge of food industry safety standards, HACCP, and GMP requirements is an advantage.

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.

• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure.

• Good teamwork and communication skills.
