Our client, a well-established law firm based in Johannesburg North, is seeking a Senior Paralegal / Legal Secretary to join their dynamic team
R R30 000 CTC per month, based on experience

Minimum requirements:
  • Matric
  • Minimum 8+ years' experience as a Paralegal or Legal Secretary within a law firm environment
  • Excellent typing skills (minimum 80 words per minute) with strong attention to detail 
  • Transcribing dictations
  • Proficient in MS Office, Court Online and CaseLines
  • Diary Management
  • Liaison with clients, debtors, Sheriffs and third parties
  • Drafting and typing of legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence
  • Strong administrative and document management skills
  • Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and manage deadlines effectively
  • Managing case files and ensuring accuracy of documentation
  • Providing general administrative and secretarial support to attorneys
