About the Role

We're looking for a sharp, hands-on operator to run Mahali's day-to-day engine in Saudi Arabia. You'll own the full calendar of workshops, webinars, training sessions, and partner activations — making sure everything runs on time, at quality, and delivers real impact for local entrepreneurs. This role works closely with the UAE Mahali team and requires someone who can move fast, manage multiple workstreams, and execute with precision.

What You'll Do

  • Run end-to-end execution of all Mahali programs: workshops, webinars, training sessions, and community events.
  • Manage onboarding days with ecosystem partners including universities, chambers, SME bodies, and tourism entities.
  • Coordinate logistics, content, speakers, materials, and on-ground delivery for every session.
  • Track weekly KPIs including sign-ups, attendance, engagement, and lead conversion.
  • Maintain clean reporting dashboards and share insights with Dubai Mahali.
  • Liaise with the Dubai Mahali team for content, materials, and performance reporting.
  • Work with internal teams (Commercial, Marketing, Comms) to support local activations and awareness.

What You'll Need

  • Strong project management and operational execution skills.
  • Experience running community programs, workshops, or training sessions is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Arabic and English.
  • Ability to manage multiple programs at once and deliver at pace.
  • Comfortable working independently with high ownership.
  • A genuine interest in supporting Saudi entrepreneurs and local businesses.

Bonus If You Have

  • Experience working with SME communities, government entities, or ecosystem partners.
  • Familiarity with reporting tools and simple dashboarding.
  • Prior experience in community building or education-focused programs.
