In this role, you will leverage your extensive knowledge and resources to deliver complex and challenging projects. You will work collaboratively with clients, architects, and other engineering disciplines to design, analyze, and implement advanced structural solutions that adhere to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities

  • Perform detailed structural analysis and design for a wide range of building structures, including commercial and residential properties.
  • Generate comprehensive structural calculations, drawings, and specifications that meet project requirements.
  • Oversee and coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure the seamless integration of structural designs into overall project designs.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant local and international building codes, regulations, and standards.
  • Review and evaluate the design work of junior engineers and provide mentorship and technical leadership.
  • Conduct field visits to assess construction progress and provide on-site technical support.

  • Stay current with industry trends, innovations, and best engineering practices to enhance project delivery.

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related discipline.

  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in structural engineering with a strong portfolio of diverse projects.
  • Proficiency in structural analysis and design software (e.g., ETABS, SAP2000, SAFE, etc.).
  • Thorough understanding of international building codes and standards.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for teamwork.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Professional Engineering license or equivalent certification is preferred.
  • Experience in leading and mentoring junior engineering staff.
